Not only providing free bus service, Jakarta Government also enforce regulation regarding work shifts, such as Circular Letter of Task Force for COVID-19 Handling Acceleration concerning Work Hours Management in Jabodetabek (Greater Jakarta) Area and Circular Letter of DKI Jakarta Province No. 38/SE/2020 concerning the Work System of Jakarta Government's Civil Apparatuses (ASN) during the Implementation of Large-scale Social Restrictions (PSBB) for transition into a Healty, Safe, and Productive Community. It is expected to reduce the crowd in a public vehicle fleet or private vehicle which heading to Jakarta.

"Related to working hours, there is at least 2 hours difference between ASN and private employees. Now, we have agreed to change it into 3 hours difference between first and second shifts. Our goal is to reduce the density. It is done not only to meet the regulation, but also for safety of the employees, safety for the whole community. So, whatever the regulation, please do it well in an orderly manner. Because it can protect us all," he explained.

This assistance get appreciation from various sides, including Bogor Mayor, Bima Arya. He said the bus assistance helps station and Bogor Government to manage the density in KRL train with Jakarta destination.

"In this morning, there are 3 better things than last week. First, we receive assistance in form of 30 buses from Jakarta and 10 buses from city government. It means we have 40 buses to serve the passengers that can reduce density on the train. Second, better queue system from KAI and KCI thus it becomes neater and doesn't pile up. Third, many passengers who choose to leave earlier, not Monday morning. Even though it is still crowded, but at least it can unravel it. So, thanks to PT. KAI and Governor, who have coordinated with us to reduce the buildup of passengers in here," he explained.

Not only Bogor Mayor, KAI President Director, Didiek Hartantyo also appreciated the collaboration work between Jakarta Government and Bogor City Government in reducing buildup of passengers in several stations, including Bogor Station.

"Today, we have seen the great result from coordination between us, KAI as the operator, together with Jakarta Governor and Bogor Mayor. It means, coordination is needed when we limiting the capacity. The heads said the working shift can be arranged. We show that today Bogor becomes more organized than last week. Hopefully, passengers can comply with COVID-19 prevention protocols well," he conveyed.

Not only transporting KRL passengers to stations in Jakarta, those school buses also pick up passengers from stations in Jakarta to Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, and Bekasi on Monday.
